Marathon

The Poulsbo Full Marathon is a scenic and challenging course taking its runners on two out-and-back loops showcasing some of the loveliest spots in northern Kitsap County. The first loop carries runners along Liberty Bay and into historic downtown Poulsbo, along with the Half Marathon participants. The second loop will take you out to Suquamish along quiet country roads right down to the Puget Sound before returning to Poulsbo. The course is mainly road with a short stretch of boardwalk running right over the Bay.

The Full Marathon starts along with the Half Marathon and 10K races at North Kitsap High School on the corner of Mesford & Caldart. All races finish on the track in the High School Stadium. The Full Marathon is USATF certified and a Boston Qualifer.

Start time – 7:30am

On the course

  • Water stations approximately every 2 miles manned by the best volunteers in the world! Each station is supplied with water, electrolyte drink and first aid kits.
  • A medical tent will be available at the finish line. A stretching & massage tent will also be located at the finish line.
